To strengthen the enterprise’s democratic management, and ensure staffs and workers exercising their democratic rights, according to Shandong Trade Union Congress Regulations, the company established a trades union congress on the basis of its real situation. On April 24, in strict accordance with the electoral package of the trade union congress, all staffs and workers made a blank differential vote and finally elected the first congress with 28 representatives. In the afternoon of April 26th, the first trade union congress was held in Conference Room 1. In combination of the new Labor Contract Law, the staff representatives, corporate leaders and managers discussed and adopted the company’s recently issued rules and regulations. According to current production and operation, they made rationalization proposals in all respects, which really embodied the operating mode of the democratic management, and gave full play to employees’ activity and creativity. |
